ROSELAND FREE PUBLIC LIBRARY THROUGH THE YEARS
Did you know the Roseland Library was once located in the Methodist church at 144 Eagle Rock Avenue in Roseland? After some time in the church, the library moved to Noecker School, where it took up four rooms. The need for its own large space gave way to the construction of the current library building on the corner of Roseland Avenue and Fells Road. In this photo is from 1972, two patrons look through different books at the old location.
