NEW - Weekly story times will take place on Tuesday mornings, followed by weekly pre-K crafts on Wednesday mornings, both at 10:30 am in our Community Room. Reservations will be required for Wednesday crafts but not for Tuesday story times.
STORY TIME - Tuesdays at 10:30 am
Children and their caregivers can enjoy stories on Tuesday mornings in our spacious community room. Themes vary every week. Registration is not required for our regular story time. Upcoming themes:

CRAFTY WEDNESDAYS: TODDLER/PRE-K CRAFTS - Wednesdays at 10:30 am
Enjoy a different age-appropriate craft every Wednesday in our spacious community room following the theme of the previous day's story time! PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED to ensure that there are enough craft materials for each child:

Add some fancy flair to your room with a colorful faux chandelier! Limited to 15 participants - please RSVP HERE to ensure that there are enough craft materials for every child.
"TOY STORY" CAFE TEA PARTY - Saturday, September 30, 11 am-1 pm
Kids ages 5 and up can bring their favorite stuffed animal or doll to a Toy Story themed "tea time" at the library! Activities include Toy Story Bingo, crafts, allergy-friendly goodies (more details about what will be served to come), photo op, and other surprises. RSVP HERE
MONSTER MASH MOVE N' GROOVE WITH MS. JOLIE - Tuesday, October 3, at 10:30 am
Ring in Halloween month with a very special edition of Story Time featuring a Monster Mash Move n' Grove Dance Party led by the ever-popular Ms. Jolie! Costumes and Halloween colored attire are welcome and encouraged but not required. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT - RSVP HERE

AUTUMN NATURE DISCOVERY - Tuesday, October 17, at 4 pm
Enjoy the wonderful colors and scents of autumn during a fun exploration actvity! The Essex County Environmental Center will visit the library and guide us in using our scientific skills to collect, sort, and identify fallen leaves and seeds as we explore the library grounds. We'll then head back inside with our found treasures from nature to make our own fall leaf wreaths. Event also includes a reading of Fletcher and the Falling Leaves, as well as a small collection of nature finds for show and tell. Ideal for ages 4 and up. Pre-registration required - RSVP HERE
